  • Accommodation : with or without accommodation (choice to be made at the time of payment).

  • Two Academic Sessions led by top researchers and engineers.
  • Site Visits to leading regional photonics companies like Amplitude, ALPhANOV, TOPTICA, and Exail, showcasing the vital role of technology transfer in advancing R&D.

  • Registration fees:

    • €   80 : without accommodation (Early Bird)

    • € 100 : without accommodation (Standard rate)

    • € 450 : 5 nights in a single room, hotel accommodation – breakfast included (Early Bird only)

    Accommodation packages are available for Early Bird registrations only. No accommodation option is offered for the Standard rate.

  • Scholarships : available for master's students
  • Abstract / Motivation letter submission deadline : 1st of March, 2026
  • Summer School dates : 15 - 19 June, 2026
