The summer school will take place at the Institut d’Optique d’Aquitaine in Talence.
All presentations will be given in the amphitheater on the ground floor.

ACCOMMODATION

Attendees will be hosted either in single rooms at the Appart'Hotel - Résidence La Boëtie, a 15-minute walk a from the Summer School venue.

Check-in: Room keys will be available between 5pm and 8pm on Sunday, June 14th.

Chek-out : At the end of the summer school, you will be asked to leave your room on Friday June 19th, before 9am (before attending the first presentation of the day).

HOW TO GET THERE

By plane

The nearest airport is Bordeaux-Mérignac airport.

From Bordeaux Bordeaux-Mérignac airport, use the public transport :

• Take the Bus N°39 “Pessac Photonique” and change at “Gare Pessac Alouette”.
• From the “Gare Pessac Alouette”, take the tramway B (direction : Berges de la Garonne) and stop at “Arts & Métiers” station.

By train

The closest train station is Bordeaux Saint-Jean SNCF train station. (6 km from Talence)
Both regional trains and TGVs have a stop in Bordeaux.

From Bordeaux Saint-Jean SNCF train station, use the public transport :

• Take the Bus N°35 “Bordeaux Cracovie” and stop at “Arts & Métiers” station.

Drive in the direction of Bordeaux. Talence is just a few kilometers from the center of Bordeaux.
