REGISTRATION FEES

Registration fees:

• €   80 : without accommodation (Early Bird)
• € 100 : without accommodation (Standard rate)
• € 450 : 5 nights in a single room, hotel accommodation – breakfast included (Early Bird only)

Accommodation packages are available for Early Bird registrations only. No accommodation option is offered for the Standard rate.

The choice and conditions of accommodation (registration with or without accommodation, single or shared room) will be made at the time of payment.

All rates are VAT free.

Please note that as of 3 weeks before the event, costs have already been incurred with the various service providers. No refund of registration fees will be made.

SCHOLARSHIPS

The scientific committee and the organizing committee will award a limited number of scholarships to master's students who register early, to help cover their travel expenses.
These scholarships will be awarded based on the excellence of the applications submitted.

Scholarship award procedure:

1. Send a letter of motivation via the SciencesConf platform.

2. Receive the acceptance letter, accompanied by notification of the scholarship award.

3. Pay the registration fee before (April 19th, 2026).

4. Send proof of transportation and bank details*.

5. Reimbursement of travel expenses, made within two weeks after the summer university.

*Any application that is incomplete or submitted after June 29 will not be considered and will not result in the awarding of a scholarship.
