Guidelines for Abstract Submission (PhD students)

Complete the following information, using the template hereafter:

• First name and surname
• Your date of birth
• Your nationality
• Affiliation of university
• Country of study
• Title of the abstract
• Author’s names
• Email of contact
• Copy and number of identity card (only for French or European nationals) or passport (for international nationals)

Abstracts must be written in English.

The abstract should state the most important specific objectives, the major results (or expected results if none are applicable at this stage), and the most significant conclusions of the work.

Prepare your abstract relating to the topics covered during the summer school:

Please provide complete and accurate bibliographic information for all cited sources in the reference list. Include illustrations and captions.

Guidelines for Motivation Letter Submission (masters students)

Complete the following information, using the template hereafter:

• First name and surname
• Your date of birth
• Your nationality
• Affiliation of your university
• Your country of study
• What diploma are you preparing this year?
• Email of contact
• Copy and number of identity card (only for French or European nationals) or passport (for international nationals)

Motivation letter must be written in English.

• Write about 20 lines
